We build complete electrical installations for shell-stage houses and apartments: routes, junction boxes, circuits sized correctly for the loads, an equipped board, final checks. We work to a design (yours or ours) and hand over the complete documentation: final schematic, circuit labelling, photo documentation before the walls are closed.

Replacing the electrical installation — older apartments and houses.
Aluminium wiring, aged junction boxes and boards without RCDs are not just “old” — they are real risks at today's loads. We replace the installation completely or by zone, with minimal controlled dust, coordinated with your renovation.
For apartments (1-2 bedrooms) we have a well-run process: assessment → fixed quote → staged execution → final check.

Distribution boards: fitting, equipping, replacement.
We equip and fit distribution boards for apartments, houses and three-phase supplies — with correctly sized protections and RCDs, labelled and documented. We replace old boards without rearranging the whole installation wherever possible.
We assemble automation boards for smart home projects and small industrial projects.

A design done properly at the start removes the surprise costs from the works — and it is mandatory for serious jobs. We also design integrated execution (electrical + smart home) from a single plan.

Typically 7-14 working days for a 1-2 bedroom apartment, depending on complexity.
Can I live in the apartment while the installation is replaced?
Usually yes — we work zone by zone and restore power daily. We discuss the plan at the assessment.
Do you issue PRAM test reports at the end?
Yes — the final checks with test reports are done through ANRE-authorised partners and are included in the handover. Details on the audit page.
Do you do only the design, without the works?
Yes, design is a stand-alone service. And the other way round: we can build to someone else's design.
What does “smart-ready” mean?
Extra routes and conduits plus a board prepared for automation, with no equipment yet. It costs little now and saves a lot later.
