Solid House Faleza Nord, Constanța
Residential development in Constanța with 113 apartments, over 5,000 sqm, more than 1,000 KNX devices, a team of 6–10 people and over 2,000 hours of work. Completed in 2025. Flood detection with automatic valve shut-off, HVAC and lighting control, access control, intercom and video surveillance — all on a wired bus, independent of the residents' Wi-Fi. A single integrator can maintain every apartment with the same tools: ETS and remote access through the building's infrastructure.

Villa Amber, Bucharest
Two-storey villa in Bucharest, 101–500 sqm, completed in 2023. Lighting with scenes and presence detection, zoned HVAC, CO₂ and humidity measurement, underfloor heating, blinds with sun tracing, access control, smoke and flood detection, presence simulation, intercom, audio and irrigation. Continuous monitoring of parameters, with charts and a web interface that mirrors the project plan. Raspberry Pi and Home Assistant integration.

Samara Villa, Constanța
Villa in Constanța, 101–500 sqm, 26–100 devices, completed in 2026. Every device in a single ETS6 project, with shared scenes: on “Leaving” the lights go off, the curtains close, the HRV drops to economy, underfloor heating goes down by 2°C and the intercom forwards calls to the phone. One button, six systems — no separate apps, no cloud. Two AKUVOX outdoor stations (R29C and E18) with local facial recognition. Presence and air quality sensors (CO₂, VOC, humidity) that start ventilation automatically. Flood sensors that close the main valve and send a notification.

Domeniile Mitroi, Valu lui Traian — winery and restaurant
Commercial project in Valu lui Traian, 501–1,000 sqm, completed in 2026. DALI lighting with 22 groups, commanded over KNX: DALI only handles dimming, KNX decides what happens and when — which is why one press reconfigures all 22 groups. Scene logic sits in the gateway and the actuators, not in a cloud or an app: with no internet and no server, the restaurant still runs its lunch, evening and closing scenes. The buttons work independently of any central controller. Fault reports from DALI lamps and ballasts arrive on KNX.
