2Smart House is the brand under which IT Coding Solutions SRL delivers KNX systems for private residences and residential developments. We are a small team: the same engineer who talks to you at the first visit commissions the system at the end and answers your support request three years later.
We have worked in this field for more than 12 years, KNX-certified since 2014. Our office is in Constanța, on the Romanian Black Sea coast (the initial visit for local clients happens there). We work along the whole coast and in Bucharest, and for B2B projects we go wherever it makes economic sense.
What we do differently: real cables, printed schematics, warranties on paper, the KNX standard with no vendor lock-in. Our systems can be taken over by any KNX integrator ten years from now. No mandatory cloud account, no app that dies when the vendor shuts down, no surprises on the invoice.

Cable, not Wi-Fi
In villas we wire the KNX standard. Wireless is only for retrofits where nothing else is possible. We do not sell convenience at the price of reliability.
Printed schematics
We hand over the electrical drawings, the KNX schematic, the ETS export and the user manual, on paper and digitally. Your system, serviceable by anyone.
Fixed price in the contract
Transparent quote, signed contract, staged payments. There is no “one more thing” at the end. Variations come only from changes you ask for.
Support for life
1 business day SLA on any request, even after the warranty. Transparent hourly rates for what is not covered. No subscriptions.
We work with reputable manufacturers, not with whatever is cheapest.

The smart home industry has split in two directions: Wi-Fi gadgets with a proprietary app that tie you to a cloud account, or wired KNX systems that belong to you for 20 years. We take the second road. Not because the first does not work — it works, until the vendor shuts down its servers or raises the subscription price.
Our ideal home is quiet, local, scriptable. It works without internet. It has schematics on file. It can be taken over by any KNX integrator, anywhere, any time. That is what we deliver. Nothing less.
