How much does the audit cost?
It depends on the floor area and complexity — from 500-800 lei (about €100-160) for an apartment. You get the exact price when you book, before any commitment. And it is deducted in full from the project if we go ahead with the remediation or modernisation.
How long does the visit take?
2-4 hours for a typical home, depending on the floor area. The complete report reaches you within a few working days.
Do you issue PRAM test reports?
Yes — the measurements are carried out with ANRE-authorised partners, using metrologically verified instruments, and the reports are included in the audit.
Do I need to be at home?
Yes, for access to the distribution board and the circuits. We only cut the power briefly, with your agreement.
Do you also do the repairs?
Yes, if you want — you get the quote in the report. But the report is independent: you can have the repairs done by anyone.
