ETS commissioning

ETS export
The complete configuration in the standard ETS6 format (.knxproj). Editable by any specialist.
Bill of Materials
Product code, manufacturer, serial number, warranty per item. Useful for upgrades.
User manual
In English or Romanian, with screenshots from your own app. For you or for your guests.
Codes & accounts
Admin credentials for the app, touch panel and gateway. Handed over encrypted.
Training recordings
The training session, filmed (with your consent). Handy for other family members.
Remote access
VPN or gateway configuration for remote troubleshooting. Enabled at your request.

Hardware
From the manufacturers (Schneider, Legrand, Gewiss, eelectron, AKUVOX). Straight from the factory, whoever the installer is. 10+ years of coverage.
Workmanship & commissioning
From us: any incorrect installation or unwanted scene is fixed at no cost. No limit on the number of call-outs.
Post-warranty support
For the whole life of the system: a reply within 1 business day. Transparent hourly rates for call-outs that are not covered.
Week by week, for a three-bedroom apartment.
For villas the schedule scales — we discuss it in the quote.
Consultation & quote
Call + visit + fixed quote. Contract signed at a fixed price before anything is bought.
Detailed design
Electrical drawing, KNX schematic, Bill of Materials. Every circuit validated with you.
Installation
In parallel with the finishing works, without blocking the other trades. Tested at every stage.
Commissioning & training
