Two components: labour and materials.
Labour is charged in two systems. Per outlet point — every socket, switch, light position, TV/data outlet or cable exit is a “point”, and its price covers the whole chain: the chase in the wall, the conduit, the cable, the box and fitting the device. It is the right system for renovations and small jobs, where you count exactly what you need. Per square metre or per job — for complete installations (a whole apartment, a shell-stage house), where the number of points is large and a price per job becomes more predictable for both sides.
Materials — cable, conduits, boxes, the board and the protections — are paid separately from labour. Who buys them matters: undersized protections and “bargain” cable are the most frequent reason for redoing work. We include them in the quote with brands and quantities in plain sight, but you can also buy them yourself, from our exact list.
As a general market benchmark in Romania in 2026: a licensed electrician's hour of labour trades at between 90 and 265 lei, depending on the area and complexity; a technical design for a 100-150 m² house — between 1,500 and 3,000 lei. We do the design too.

Read them and you can estimate your own position before you call us. The arrow shows the direction: ↑ more expensive, ↓ cheaper.
Number of circuits
Every separate circuit (kitchen, AC, washing machine, oven) means extra cable, a protection in the board and extra labour — but also an installation that does not all go down from one breaker.
Type of walls
Brick chases quickly and cheaply. Aerated concrete is even friendlier. Reinforced concrete needs a diamond-disc chaser and doubles the time per route — it shows directly in the labour.
Level of finish
At shell stage, with the walls open, it is the cheapest possible moment. In a finished home you also pay for the chasing and the making good — filler, paint, sometimes tiles. For finished homes there are also no-chasing solutions — see the smart retrofit.
Ceiling height
Above 2.8 m, scaffolding or a platform enters the equation — horizontal routes are harder to pull, and luminaires take twice as long to fit.
Distance to the board / supply
A long run from the meter to the board and circuits stretched across the whole house mean extra metres of cable and conduit. Placing the board intelligently cuts the cost.
Quality of materials requested
Premium switchgear (Schneider, Gewiss, BTicino) and RCD protection on every circuit cost more to buy — and almost nothing over their lifetime. Economical options exist, but never below the safety threshold.
Urgency
A tight deadline = an extra team or weekend work. Planning ahead, especially on a building site, is free and removes the urgency cost.
A finished home and no appetite for chasing? There is a no-chasing option too — a smart retrofit on wireless systems.

Shell stage is the cheapest moment in the life of the installation.
With the walls open, the routes are pulled directly, with no chasing and no making good of finishes — exactly the costs that double the bill on a renovation. This is also when the board is sized correctly, the big circuits (kitchen, AC, water heater) are separated and spare capacity is left for what comes in five years.

How much is labour per outlet point in 2026?
On the Romanian market, labour for routes is typically charged at 17-25 lei per linear metre, plus 20-40 lei per junction box fitted. With us: 10-15 lei per linear metre and 25-30 lei per junction box. The final price depends on the type of wall — brick chases easily, concrete needs a wall chaser and twice the time — and for complete jobs (a whole apartment, a shell-stage house) we use a price per job, more predictable for both sides: see the table above. How much does the electrical installation cost for a one-bedroom apartment?
The 2026 market benchmark for a complete replacement in a one-bedroom apartment (up to 65 m²) is 8,000-9,000 lei for labour alone. With us, a new one-bedroom apartment installation starts at 3,500-5,000 lei, and a complete replacement at 3,000-6,000 lei — with the final schematic, labelled circuits and photo documentation included. The exact price depends on the number of circuits and the condition of the walls.
Are materials included in the price?
We work both ways. Standard: we supply the materials (cable, conduits, boxes, board, protections) and you see them itemised in the quote, with brands and quantities — we answer for their quality. If you prefer to buy them yourself, we give you the exact shopping list and carry out only the labour. Our recommendation is the first option: undersized protections and “bargain” cable are the most frequent reason for redoing work.
How long do the works take for a 100 m² house?
At shell stage, with the walls open: typically 1-2 weeks for routes, boxes and circuits, then we return at finishing for the switches and the board — 2-3 visits in total, coordinated with your site. For a replacement in a finished home the duration grows (chasing, making good): the market estimates 8-14 working days for this category.
Do you quote without a visit?
Yes — from the floor plan we give you an indicative estimate within 24-48h, enough to calibrate your budget. The FIXED contract price comes after the technical visit, where we count the circuits together and check the walls and the route to the board. The visit is free in Constanța and the surrounding area.
Do you work outside Constanța too?
Yes — we cover the whole of Constanța County and the coast: Mamaia, Năvodari, Eforie, Techirghiol, Mangalia. For larger projects (new houses, developments) we travel further — ask us by phone and we quickly work out whether it makes sense for both sides.
