How much does villa automation cost?
Complete villa configurations start at €12,500 (Premium+ package) and grow with floor area, number of zones and outdoor integrations — pool, irrigation, gate. We send you the exact quote for your floor plan within 24-48 business hours, with a fixed price in the contract and the component list in plain sight.
The villa is under construction — when should you come in?
Ideally during the services stage, when the walls are open — the KNX cabling is run together with the electrical installation, at minimum cost. If the villa is at the finishing stage, we can still work cleanly on partial routes. For finished villas there are hybrid solutions, but the cheap window is the construction site.
What is the difference between a smart home and home automation?
None — “smart home”, “home automation” and “domotics” all name the same thing: a single brain that ties lighting, climate, shading, security and the garden into one logic.
Can the pool, irrigation and gate be integrated?
Yes — this is exactly where the difference between an intelligent villa and an apartment with gadgets shows. Irrigation runs on a schedule with a rain sensor, the gate and garage are controlled from the app, the pool pumps and lighting join the scenes. All on the same KNX bus, in the same app.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. KNX is a local, wired system — it lives in your villa, not in the cloud. The internet only serves remote access. If the connection drops, the buttons, scenes and sensors keep working normally.
Am I locked into your technology?
No. KNX is an open standard (ISO/IEC 14543-3) with 500+ manufacturers. The project configuration belongs to you — we hand it over with full documentation and an ETS export, and any authorised KNX integrator can take it over at any time.
