Solid Residence Faleza Nord, Constanța
113 Smart Ready apartments with KNX Comfort and Premium packages. The developer sold the units 25% faster than the non-smart projects in the area, with a price premium of 5-15%. Every apartment has KNX actuators, an IP gateway and a touch panel pre-installed; the final configuration is done per buyer when the apartment is handed over.
Black-Sea Residence, Mangalia
Residential development with a complete smart intercom and access control system. AKUVOX R29C with offline facial recognition at the entrance, 40 S563 indoor monitors with 8" screens in the apartments, app integration for owners and building management. For the developer: a clear sales argument on security, simpler centralised administration.

One schematic per development
One KNX schematic repeated per apartment/unit, validated once. The variations (Smart Standard / Comfort / Premium) are configurable, not redesigned.
Commissioning per buyer
Each apartment is commissioned at handover according to the package chosen. We do not commission 113 apartments by guesswork.
Documentation handed over
ETS export per apartment, manuals for the buyer, admin keys for the owners’ association. Everything anyone might need, five years on, when they come to troubleshoot.
After-delivery support
1-day SLA for you as the developer, plus for every individual buyer who calls us. Transparent hourly rates for what is not covered.
