Have the guests left? From the app: general shutdown — lights, climate to minimum, water heater off. Nothing uses energy for nothing until the next stay.
The house empty in winter: you monitor the temperature so the pipes do not freeze and keep a minimum of protection. Consumption per stay is shown separately — useful for accounting too.
